By definition, the term "LEADERSHIP" means the process of leading a group of people or a team. On the other hand, "MANAGEMENT" is described as the process of controlling things or people. The second is not a particularly friendly definition, even on the nicest levels.

Most of us are trained to believe that as management, we are considered leaders. But often the two terms are not even close to resembling each other.  Lead versus control?  Which side do you fall on?
